Our Enrollment Process
Enrollment for the 24/25 school year is now open.
Spots are extremely limited and we have a waiting list
for students in grades 1-6.

Enrollment for the 24/25 school year is now open.

We have a waiting list for grades 1-6.
1 ) Come Tour Our School
or attend a vision night, ask questions, meet the teachers and staff, and get to know us. Bring your student with you so we can get to know him/her better. Bring any pertinent records (unofficial records are fine).
Please do not apply for enrollment without first contacting the school, coming for a tour, and having your student assessed.
2 ) Complete the Application
Fill out the online application form and submit the non-refundable $150 application fee*. Submit all previous student records (IEP/ISP, report cards, high school transcripts, etc). Review the Student Guidebook and Discipline Plan with your student.

3) Placement Testing*

Once all records have been submitted (including the signed acknowledgement of the student guide book), the student will take a diagnostic assessment after submitting the non-refundable $60 assessment fee.
This assessment is completed with one of the teachers to determine learning style, curriculum placement, and academic levels. This is an opportunity for the student and teacher to get to know each other and to determine if Streams of Hope is the right fit for both the student and the school.
