3) Diagnostic Assessment*

*(half day, full day, and full time online students only)

Once all records have been submitted (including the signed acknowledgement of the student guide book), the student will take a diagnostic assessment after submitting the non-refundable $45 assessment fee.
This assessment is completed with one of the teachers to determine learning style, curriculum placement, and academic levels. This is an opportunity for the student and teacher to get to know each other and to determine if Streams of Hope is the right fit for both the student and the school.
