We have a waiting list for grades 1 & 2.

1 ) Come Tour Our School

Please do not apply for enrollment without first contacting the school AND coming for a tour.

2 ) Complete the Application

Fill out the online application form and submit the non-refundable $150 application fee*. Submit all previous student records (IEP/ISP, report cards, high school transcripts, etc). Review the Student Guidebook and Discipline Plan with your student.

3) Placement Testing*

*(half day, full day, and full time online students only)

Once all records have been submitted (including the signed acknowledgement of the student guide book), the student will take a diagnostic assessment after submitting the non-refundable $60 assessment fee.
This assessment is completed with one of the teachers to determine learning style, curriculum placement, and academic levels. This is an opportunity for the student and teacher to get to know each other and to determine if Streams of Hope is the right fit for both the student and the school.

4 ) Enrollment: The Final Step

Once all records have been submitted and the diagnostic test has been completed and scored, we will determine enrollment. All new students are accepted on a 9 week probationary period with a 6 week parent conference with the classroom teacher and Executive Director to discuss progress. After paying the non-refundable first month’s tuition and technology fee, the classroom teacher will work with you to determine your student’s start date (if beginning in the middle of the year).
